How can I arrange a tour?

Do you require a date deposit?
Yes, we require a $1000 non refundable date deposit. We recommend cancellation insurance to be purchased through your insurance broker.
When do you require final payment?
We require all balances to be paid 6 months before your event.
Is your venue pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome your furry friends to enjoy our outdoor space as long as they are leashed or kenneled, they are always under supervision and their waste is discarded. We cannot allow pets indoors unless previously approved. This is to maintain a safe indoor space for those who may have allergies.
Are your arches included?
YES! You are welcome to choose an arch, free of charge!
What does it mean when we say we are an “open vendor venue”?
You are free to invite and hire vendors that suit your personal vision! We have some really great recommendations under our “vendors” page but you are not limited to these options.
What extra fees are there?

No extra fees! Everything we offer is included in the price even our new and upcoming bridal studio! Our venue packages include but are not limited to, our round and rectangle plastic tables, white resin chairs, harvest tables (4), white wooden ceremony benches, your choice of arch, podium and the list continues to grow as we do!
Do you offer any décor packages or linens?
We do not offer décor, however, we do have some really great recommendations on our vendor page to choose from.
Is the building air conditioned and heated?
Yes! You will comfortable year round in our building! Air conditioning in the summer and toasty warmth in the spring, fall and winter.
Is there camping available on site?
We do not offer camping. There is a great campground located in Lacombe, 10 minutes from our venue.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open year-round but have very limited availability for winter weddings- so be sure to book quickly!
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
At this time, you are welcome to host any type of bar (toonie, open, hired). You are required to purchase proper liquor licencing with pro serve bartenders.
Do you set up tables, chairs and décor?
Yes, we arrange tables and chairs according to your table design. Our packages also include set up, take down and a table dress rehearsal with our stylist.
What is included in the kitchen?
Large cooler fridge, stand up freezer, plenty of counter space, warming oven, dishwasher, and two sinks.
Do you require insurance?
Yes, we require 2 million in Event Liability insurance with Tin Roof listed as an "additional insured".
What is your max capacity?

210 guests, this would require moving tables to accomodate a dance floor.
