Our Story
Our story begins with a breathtaking view of the peaceful countryside and the desire to invite others into this space. Recognizing the need for a venue in Central Alberta we began creating the Tin Roof Event Centre.

We believe the process of planning your wedding should be exciting and smooth. After being involved with the planning of several of our close friend's weddings, and planning our own wedding five years ago, we have been inspired to combat the stress of finding a space that allows a couple the freedom to create. We wanted to provide a beautiful wedding venue, combined with an outdoor ceremony space, that allows you to have the opportunity to easily design the details of your own special day.

The thought of providing a space for people to gather, create memories and celebrate special occasions is what had us really excited when we first started to entertain the thought of building an event centre. Not only did we envision a venue for couples celebrating their wedding day, we had in mind other important milestones in life such as anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, family reunions, retirement celebrations and more! Life is to be celebrated!

Our Venue
Our modern industrial inspired venue is complete with all your special event needs. The vaulted ceilings, gorgeous lighting and large windows overlooking the incredible view will take your breath away.
A spacious serving area provides room for your caterers to serve and for guests, an area to fill plates with delicious food. Our brand new, prepping kitchen, offers a spacious place for meal preparation. Keep guests energized with fresh beverages from the cooler that can be served behind our functional and modern bar. Your bartenders will love our setup as it provides a preparation area, sink, quick access coolers and more.
The hall offers a generous space for your DJ, MC, bridal party, and guests up to 245, as well as all others involved in your special event. The hall is your blank canvas, providing an opportunity to create your picture perfect day, or leave as is and allow the stunning details of the building to be your décor.
Enjoy the fresh air with our stunning patio area overlooking the astonishing view. Relax in the beauty of both inside and outside our venue, in the company of those you love, on a day that deserves celebration.
We are conveniently located 10 minutes east of Lacombe, 30 minutes north of Red Deer, and just over 1 hour south of Edmonton. Lacombe offers accommodations, camping, unique restaurants, and an abundance of stunning scenery.
